Whipped Garlic & Parsley Butter

Compound butters are incredibly easy, and greatly enhance the flavor of any of our steaks. This whipped version is our own recipe we use for special occasions at our steakhouse. Try it tonight and impress your friends or family!


1 lb REAL butter - softened (not melted) • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley • 2 Tablespoons olive oil • 1 teaspoon salt


Whip all ingredients together with a mixer. Food processor and blenders do not work well! Whip until well mixed and light and airy. Store refrigerated in a covered container. Dollop on your favorite steak just before serving. Also delicious on bread, rolls, noodles and vegetables. This makes a large portion and several servings. Recipe may be halved or quartered. Store covered in refrigerator for up to three weeks.
